Springfield Roofing is Northern Michigan’s premier commercial roofing company. Our parent corporation is Springfield, Inc. Under this umbrella, we install and service high quality, energy efficient roofs on commercial buildings of all sizes, from small retail to large industrial facilities. We also perform advanced infrared scanning and building evaluation with our Infrared and Energy Services Division.

Company History

Springfield Construction LLC is a general construction company specializing in roofing. Our 30 years of experience in Northern Michigan with roofing products and roofing systems enables us to quickly and effectively analyze roof problems and offer solutions that are guaranteed. We specialize in all aspects of commercial roofing, including service to all roof systems, historical restoration, roof top evaluation and analysis, and re-roof solutions.

While we are experienced and certified with a variety of roof systems, we have selected Duro-Last as the best system on the market. This system is versatile and has been developed to cover a wide range of applications. Duro-Last holds the highest Energy Star rating in the roofing industry. The company’s world headquarters are in Saginaw, Michigan. Duro-Last backs it’s product with the best and most complete warranty available in the roofing industry.

At Springfield Construction, we take great pride in our quality and dependability. We received the 2006 Awards of Excellence in Construction from the Builder Exchange of Northern Michigan, 2007 Top 10 Candidate for the Small Business of the Year Award, and we consistently receive Elite Contractor and Master Contractor awards from Duro-Last. Springfield Construction has installed nearly 4 million square feet of Duro-Last in Northern Michigan without an unhappy customer. The Springfield Professional Promise

We begin with a complete evaluation of the existing roofing system. This includes energy studies, digital photos, and addresses issues such as insulation; ventilation, water flow, and ice build up.
Upon return of the signed contract, the project will be put on our schedule in the order it was received. Emergency situations will receive special consideration.
We install roofing products that are provided by manufacturers that are approved by Factory Mutual, United Laboratories, and NES, U.S. Green Building Council, Cool Roof Rating Council, and the Energy Star Program.
Our crew remains on each project until the job is completed.
The jobsite is cleaned daily, and all debris is removed upon completion of the project.
We take great care to minimize disruption to the occupants of the building by using quiet installation techniques.
We ensure the occupant’s and building’s safety by not using any open flames or hazardous chemicals.
We take great care to minimize our footprint on the surrounding grounds by loading and unloading the roof once and by keeping our equipment on hard surfaces whenever possible.
Upon completion, each project is inspected by a manufacturer’s quality assurance inspector. For us, each job is not completed until all punch list items are completed and the warranty is granted.
